Portsmouth's reservoirs are at 100% of useful capacity as of this morning.  Lakes Cohoon, Meade, Kilby, and Speights Run levels are 28.7 ( +0.4), 12.0 ( 0.0), 19.5 ( +0.5), and 33.1 ( +0.6) respectively.  This is a 6% change since the last report on December 5, 2008.  The median capacity for the current month is 96%, average capacity is 89%. (Average & Median 1969 - 2007)
